My gut reaction was “excuse me??” 👀 My follow up reaction was “how fkn cool.” I’ve been able to provide financially for my family as a Virtual Assistant since my daughter was 5 months old - and now, 6 years later - she describes me as a SAHM. Because even though I have a job (and she know that), I am always available for her. 📖 to read in her classroom 🤒 to care for her when she’s sick ⚽️ to take her to practice 🎶 to be at every school performance And what a GIFT that is! We’re told as moms that we can’t have both - that we have to pick between making money and being a present mom. I call bullshit.
