Yeah that guy is also doing something else he’s not telling us because you don’t get that kind of result the way he did in less than 3 weeks from just adding some fiber. He’s looking good but he’s definitely doing something else because all the fiber is gonna do is help keep you regular. He’s shredding body fat and fast. Fiber doesn’t do this for you. And it really doesn’t keep you full for that long either.
