Had my 3yr old grandson for the weekend. For breakfast he ate 2 banana chocolate chip waffles, 4 sausage links, 1 strip of bacon, half an apple. I did not give him all that at once. He ate and came back for more. In the end hr was very mad at me fir eating the eggs after he ate all that. So saying that is what you eat to lose weight and my grandson can eat more is insane. No one wants to just eat chicken and veggies.

for those who say that they've changed what they eat to the healthiest things imaginable and still haven't lost weight or become healthier or any number of other things, go outside touch some grass and get a little sweaty. you're not going to end up getting healthier if you're not moving your body. diet is a important part to it yes, but moving around is just as important and possibly more important depending on what typical day today eating habits are.

I was on a leaner diet than that for 6 months. Around 900 cal a day. Was boring yes, but the progress made it worth it. After 10 months of low cal and loosing 80kg I’ve kept to a mindful eating habit as it taught me good ways to have flavor in moderation and still kept the 80kg off. Fluctuating 5 kg or so

320 calories in 2 protein shakes with no Whole Foods to keep you satiated longer? No one can just drink a protein shakes for dinner and be like man I’m full I won’t eat again for hourrrrs. I mean unless your me and you’ve had gastric bypass cause I do drink a protein shake coffee for breakfast every morning but most mornings I try to add something to it
