Another SovCit; recognizing the Constitution with out reading the 10th Amendment that allows states to make their own laws/statutes for the good of their citizens. Hence the reason we now have different DLs from every state. State laws differ from state to state, but all regulate driving on public roads. It’s in the U.S.Constitution people! 🤦🏻♀️
