you can hook a battery charger to that same setup and that battery will keep charging itself I do that in my bus all the time for the tv or whatever

I use to work with those when I worked with a cable company. Would use those to power our tv in the truck to check signal at random test points.

Tip as someone who used this method b4 I recommend leaving the battery in the car an running heavy duty extension cord start the car ever so often to recharge the battery
