Honestly as a girl with curly/wavy hair I get it. It's a pain in the butt to make curls looks good especially if you have years of damage from straightening it. My hair wasn't curly until I hit puberty and it was never even curls all around so I would always straighten it so it looked put together

Guys she cut it before coming on the show cause of the humidity and also has extensions in and had a under cut so that’s why it’s like this

due to breakage & heat damage they wouldn’t look as good as u think unfortunately undoubtedly if she cut her damage & evened out the breakage ofc they would be so pretty( speaking as someone who dealt with the same 😀 )
