The secret is the color wheel. See what’s the complementary colors to green are? Red/Magenta/Purple. Want to make blue eyed pop? Try orange/rust/goldenrod. Color theory is rad.

green and or blue eyes, aim for plum, ladies. Reds, preferably rustic but the brighter the red the bolder your eyes will pop if looking to REALLY pop. Maroon/dark burgundy are majors especially if carved out and or smudged out. coppers are great, too. Brown mascara to give it a little more of a glow to your eye color. will also fixate not just the color - but the shape. Black hardens the look. Too harsh, esp if aiming to make your eyes turn people to stone by a glance. Browns for eyeliner, darker to mid tones of browns. But plum is the absolute prettiest with our eye color, my personal opinion. Smudge out your preferred shades of browns especially with the plum or dive right into the many shades of burgundy. Also, I love doing a grunge purple here and there. Not bright, but a mid. It gives off seductive, and that I pair with black mascara. No black liner added, the mascara alone is just perfect!
