Hold on. So, let me get this straight. They reveal a new character only for them to cancel it after receiving a large amount of hate from certain fans over it, but instead of being angry at those who hated on it so much it was canceled, people (including those who hated on it) are angry at the company? I am a bit lost as that doesn't make sense. I feel like I'm missing something or just not understanding, cause shouldn't people be upset at those who hated on it so badly it was canceled?

It reminds me of the Infinity Nikki story retcon. Definitely not as big of an impact as this, but still a company dropping the ball on its players.

So I was really into LADS when it first came out, and I slowly got out of it. And yeah, they are going to have a massive plot hole because he was already set up to be in this story. Like, we all knew, basically, what our love interest was going to be (another CEO), but we didn't know who because they didn't show Valko, obviously. But the company that he was going to own and all that is already integrated into the story.

This is also when Silent Whispers, another game that is being advertised as a very similar game, is meant to be released next year. A lot of us LADS fans are just going to check that out if they don’t bring Valko back.

so back in 2018 2019, there was a game based of madoka magica called magia record. the company release and US excluse character, not even 3 months later the company closed the US branch of the game. this entire thing going on with lads feels like the same thing. like valko was going to bring me back to the game cause I have a massive thing for werewolves, (also a thing for vampires, sylas for the win). even my roommate was going to start playing again, but he just flat out being canceled cause he is not as soft as the other guys (one of the things I have heard) and I dont even know what was back about the political side of things, his trailer just gave protective golden retriever energy. so I hope he does come back but like alot of other are saying trust is broken

i took a little break in feb bc i lost a lot of energy and motivation and i just came back last week to learn that my ideal wolfy character was announced, cancelled, and that the new update doesn’t even fit on my phone regardless. so im doing great.

there's also been people donating to wolf conservations on behalf of valko. i saw one person say that normally they'd spend 1.5k BIWEEKLY on LaDS now she's giving it a wolf she "adopted". I myself was actually going to get back into the game because Valko piqued my interest. The reason I stopped was how terrible and annoying the drop rates were for me.

download the game to play him. has set some cash aside because I knew it was gacha style. then they cancelled him. it brings up a lot of concerns about customer care, creative integrity, and integrity of companies, as well as catering to one fan base over others.
