Thanks for sharing buddy! I have also encountered the same pattern like yours. On lalamove platform too. The order ping at yishun 2230Hrs 3weeks ago. Yishun dispatch to Sengkang. The person ask me to knock the door as long as possible until that person comes out to give me "Parcel" pick up and drop off. CS is unreachable at that time.
