ahh I have the best tip for this, get dry/sterile gauze pads and tuck them in. They'll hold the moisture and stop any rashes and things!

I spray deodorant don’t there in between. Idk if it’s safe or not but works . I had my 4th csection in March .

Sudocrem all the way! a good wash, make sure its dry and apply. it will literally feel better the next day. its crazy though how it still gets itchy and everything so many years on. and that weird numb feeling

Sooo hear me out… fold a sanitary towel so it’s not sticky and tuck it under your tummy… trust me… it helps! (Extra coolness put them in the fridge first)
