It’s not an island like u think. It’s a barrier island. Less than a mile wide. It’s about 4 miles long tho. Only accessible by boat. If ur swimming, snorkeling, etc u would obviously leave ur belongings on the boat! It’s also a party destination for young adults and everyone is pretty much intoxicated.
