@ben.aled: By biasing different regions we can recruit the high threshold motor unit fibers for those specific regions. This still totals out to 3 sets specifically for your pec, by being able to recruit the highest “effort” fibers within a specific region, we don’t need to add further “junk” volume (lack of a better word, 2 sets of horizontal adduction is NOT redundant if that’s all you want to do for your chest, you just have to acknowledge that the second set will not be as stimulating as the first). Biasing ≠ isolating. You can isolate a muscle, not the regions within it. If you wanted to get rid of one, the lower pec bias would be my recommendation, the origin is still in the sternum, so your going to get plenty of stimulus from horizontal adduction. #fyp #GymTok #anime #thequintessentialquintuplets #itsuki
