His full name is Mohammed Baqir Yahya Al-Khaqani, and it is said that he was born in the holy city of Qom, Iran. He began his journey in reciting Hussaini poems at an early age, and his voice gained wide recognition after 2015. He became well known for his sorrowful and deeply moving style in performing elegies (Latmiyat), as well as his powerful voice that carries deep emotional expression, especially during the nights of Ashura and the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein.
