This townhall meeting just happened to be questions on NDA relating to ai data center development. I share it as a great example: this type of question could apply to an NDA on any topic of great interest to you, and your community.

my city in Texas had a rule, and might actually be a state law, that you can't respond unless an item is posted on the agenda. you can ask staff to respond or ask for it to be put on a future agenda. Not sure who is right here...
