This no-bake Biscoff dessert might be my new favorite! I got this recipe from @@recipe_collector and it’s a winner! Recipe🍪🍰 1 (5.1 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix 3 cups milk ½ cup butter, softened 8 oz cream cheese, softened ½ cup powdered sugar 12 oz whipped topping 2 (8.8 oz) packages Biscoff cookies 1 (13.4 oz) jar Biscoff cookie butter Directions: 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and 3 cups of milk until smooth. Set aside for about 5 minutes to thicken. 2. Once the pudding has thickened, gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined. 3. In a separate bowl, beat together the softened butter, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar until light and creamy. 4. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the pudding mixture until smooth and well combined. 5. Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with a single layer of Biscoff cookies. 6. Microwave the cookie butter in 15–20 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and pourable. Drizzle a little over the cookies. 7. Spread half of the filling over the cookies. 8. Add another layer of Biscoff cookies, drizzle with more melted cookie butter, then spread the remaining filling on top. 9. Top with crushed Biscoff cookies and an extra drizzle of melted cookie butter. 10.
