This is just incredibly biased, we all watched psg-Bayern go crazy, and we all watched Switzerland Colombia go 0-0 after 2 hours. Knockout games in general get more hectic and the teams get less practice together for national teams so more mistakes

When you say club football I believe you mean premier league. Watching Flick's Barça this year or the PSG - Bayern semifinal was awesome, no world cup game has matched that.

You know what, you've nailed it. I don't watch domestic football anymore and haven't for years, but I do watch internationals. They're a lot more raw, but clearly have some of the best players in the world. Ironically, it's the teams that do throw caution to the wind that are the ones who are successful
