The man is in a public sidewalk and this evil man comes and tells him that that is not OK that they cannot be on a public sidewalk and tell them to get out of there. How large of an area is there? And he’s recording on his cell phone camera the cameraman using vulgar words and should be charged with disturbing the peace.
