I used to press cancel on the verifone before turning it to the customer when they about to put a pin..it will say declined and they wouldn't see transaction is canceled. ill also act surprise

A customer once asked for change for R200 and I said I don't have(I don't like giving customers change) and she wanted to buy a plastic with it. A plastic costs R1.40 and as I was counting coins, she asked for her R200 back and I gave it to her with a smile😂😂😂
