Slice the mango in half, remove the stone from one half, and carefully scoop out some of the flesh to create a bowl, leaving a layer of mango attached to the skin. 2. Place the mango halves in the freezer for at least 12 hours, until completely frozen. 3. Add 2-4 tbsp of milk directly into the frozen mango shell. 4. Using a spoon, scrape the frozen mango flesh, mixing it with the milk until it becomes creamy, soft, and scoopable. Add a splash more milk if needed. 5.
