@employment_with_amy: Quiet firing vs constructive dismissal "Quiet firing" isn't a legal term. Constructive dismissal is where an employer commits a fundamental breach of contract, causing an employee to resign. Not every poor management decision or unpleasant workplace amounts to constructive dismissal. Not legal advice. Not exhaustive. #employmentlawuk #employmentlaw #hr #humanresources

Problem is first thing law firms say is "we need a £1,000 upfront before we even speak to you"

Find other employment, resign, get a case together however small it may be, contact ACAS for early conciliation, if employer has any idea regarding tribunals you should get a settlement offer under 10k. Don't let your employer bully you legally and get away with it

You can’t claim constructive dismissal until you’ve worked for them for 2 years ??

What are the rules regarding changing the way you’re paid without written notice and then backdating you wages for the previous month to the new rate?

When acas say you have a constructive dismissal case . You cant get the proof though because that would mean other employees being witness and putting their own jobs at risk

Even if you stick it out and weather it, they’ll get you on something else like breakdown of working relationship- forcing you into a settlement. None of it will be your fault. The law is on their side.
