Interview them as much as they're interviewing you.... ask about the culture in the workplace and ask about the personalities of the people that work there.

I had a friend who was a director in a company and used to hold loads of interviews. He said, summarise your cv because the interviewer is likely holding back to back interviews and hasn’t had time to scan your cv.

I think my first two minutes were chatting and funnily enough I didn’t get the ‘Tell me about yourself’ question. Chatted away about being myself, talked about animals, linked it to the job, answered scenarios. Overall it was basically chat centred around me and some of them and then I’m hired
