All jokes aside the atmosphere of this movie is liminal space BEFORE liminal space was a thing, like the set design is actually so amazing. Like did you know that they literally built the town, like it’s not a green screen the town and the neighborhood were BUILT BY HANDDD. Sorry if I sound nerdy I just literally have loved this movie since I was a wee little lad
