You can’t heal a dysregulated nervous system on an empty tank. Adrenal fatigue, fight-or-flight loops, chronic stress, POTS, autoimmune flares—they’re all signals that your body has been running the emergency program for too long. When your adrenals and kidneys are drained, your body will pull minerals from your bones, run your heart rate high or low, keep your digestion sluggish, and lock your muscles—especially your psoas—into tension patterns. This is why how you start your morning matters more than you think. Before coffee. Before rushing. Before giving your energy to the day—replenish your reserves. ⸻ 🌿 Adrenal Mineral Tonic (daily before caffeine or food) •	1 cup coconut water (or spring water) •	Juice of ½ lemon •	Pinch of sea salt •	1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional but supportive) → This hydrates at the cellular level, replaces the sodium and potassium your adrenals need to regulate blood pressure and heart rate, and lowers the cortisol spike that keeps you anxious and wired. ⸻ Once your minerals are in, then your body is ready for grounding protein, and later in the morning, gentle energy from cacao (never before food). This is the foundation that allows deeper work—like psoas release, vagus nerve activation, and lymph movement—to actually stick. Because if your body is starving for minerals, every stretch, every breath, every release will be met with: we don’t have the resources to feel safe. Give your system the signal it’s been waiting for: we replenish before we run. I do this daily alongside my lymph draining, fascia work and mindful breathing. These practices take up maybe 15 minutes of my day. If you want to feel better bad enough you will make time. Drop comments of what you are feeling and i#how I can support you.
