I do this at every job I have because growing up everyone with kids was allowed to leave early. Come in late get off all the holidays and I was the one that was held to the highest standard cause I didn’t have kids and was expected to work every holiday. Be there on time no excuses no being sick or nothing or I was written up, but someone can say my kid sick and the boss would be like no problem. Come in whenever.
