It’s pumping through the hvac into people’s homes. HVAC Exhaust & Boilers: Ventilation systems constantly exhaust warm, moist indoor air from offices and thousands of people. In cold weather, this warm air hits the freezing outside air and condenses into highly visible white vapor.
