Personally, I think people can learn the same lessons more than once. I'd say she went back to LA, met Warner and perhaps became more of her pre seattle self. Whilst I get the criticism, I think personal development isn't linear. Also, I don't think having a show about her in LA would be entertaining even though some have suggested it.

I enjoyed the series but It would’ve been more interesting as a sequel with Reese being the mother and Lexi being the daughter trying to navigate high school with her mother’s help.

It would be better if Lexi played Elle Woods’ daughter and she had her own story… regardless, I still liked this TV series!

Why does she only have to exist as a fish out of water? The whole point of the film is that she's a fish out of water. If she's learnt that lesson before then it nullify's that effect in the second. They should have just done a Clueless style show and have it center around her altruism and love for dogs.

The main niggle I had with the show was it changed how Elle got bruiser cos in the second film we discovered she rescued him off the side of the road but in the series her mum got him for her
