@propertysaif: Alhamdullilah, we didn’t end up winning this project in Chorlton at Auction. I was bidding up to £280k and it sold for £305k. In all honesty, the deal just became too tight. When I first started out I would have dreamed of an opportunity like this but the opportunity cost of overbidding versus not having enough capital to do a better deal is real. I chose to go ahead with another property that closed because the money that you can make, with the amount of bandwidth you have, is what you learn with experience.
