You gotta get the credit card and hedge with miles if you have to get home . You use the miles to book your flight, then refund the miles day before if go wild is available! And two free bags when you get the CC!

I usually book the flight there and a flight home the next day to ensure a GoWild fare home and hope I can book one for Sunday. worst case I come home a day early or I'm out $16 lol

Have you tried the SW hedge? Book with Frontier and buy a refundable tix with Southwest for the return. If you can get the return with Frontier, cancel the SW fight and get the refund. If you can’t get the return with Frontier, keep the SW ticket. Even if you use the SW ticket, it’s usually cheaper than buying a same day ticket. Or so I’ve heard 😅

Noooo! I’ve truly never had an issue getting a go wild flight home but some of my friends if they need to be home by a certain day/time will book a non refundable flight with another airline then cancel it if they get the go wild and if not they have a for sure way home
