Like literally I had to go through some things that made me realize I didn’t need certain possessions, I didn’t need a bunch of friends, I didn’t need the newest sneakers, I no longer cared to lie, I no longer put myself in situations I had no sense being in. Ego death/rebirth is such a dope process. Sure it hurts, but the effects are amazing. I’ve had several ego deaths/rebirths over my life and my ego and I finally have a good relationship with each other. I control it, it doesn’t control me and now can do its job effectively in alignment with my authenticity.

I agree with a lot of what you’re saying, but you could say it a lot kinder people that are going through the situations you’re talking about are going through a lot of pain and might benefit from a kinder expression of what you’re saying. And we’re technically not in the age of Aquarius yet we still have a couple hundred more years, but we are in the transition.
