Coming up on my 1 year anniversary on 7/13. Since then, I went to England & Norway 7 weeks later, challenging but happy to go. In April I did a 4 week Europe trip with 15,000 to 25,000 steps each day. Still not like before, and going down stairs still makes me nervous, but happy at my improvement.

6 ish months from my modified brostrom procedure and I'm still struggling with ankle dorsiflexion, but more specifically knee over foot, just feels like it stops. I've gotten a little bit more motion back that way but definitely makes going down stairs difficult if they are bigger steps
