Oura ring!!!!! Obsessed with the skinnier smaller new version too - it was a gamechanger for my sleep. I think there’s silicone covers for them too but don’t quote me 😁 you’ll love it tho!

I love my oura ring & am obsessed! I usually take it off when I’m lifting weights bc it does scratch. I’m not convinced that the oura ring tracks workouts as well as my Apple Watch but the steps and overall calories are very accurate.

I love my Oura ! I don’t think it’s distracting when I strength training at all. You can also get covers for it so it doesn’t get scratched.

I have a Garmin and really love it! It does less “phone things” than the Apple Watch so I find it less distracting and the battery lasts forever! I can go 7-10 days between charges
