My insurance has free therapy visits when something traumatic happens to you (there are other reasons to get it, but this is one). Maybe talking to someone could help too? Praying for you! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Lauren I hope you can feel how your presence has blessed so many others all around the world. I know your life has been so heavy lately but your light lifts up others, and hopefully you can reach up and let us all pull you up too! I hope that makes sense. You have inspired so many people to try gardening, or to look at their food sources more closely, or to try new things. I for one have *4* blackberries waiting for me to pick when I get home! And YOU inspired that! I would have never even tried if I didn’t think Lauren would be proud. You are an inspiration!
