If people are going past him anyway then why can’t they just put him on a long sled thing and bring him down when they come anyway? They don’t need to have a seperate expedition to retrieve him

He isn't the only one up there, lives shouldn't be risked to bring anyone back. Spencer Matthews has a brother that died up there in 1999, he went and looked for himself with a team of people. He brought back one of the sherpas bodies and it helped him find closure of what happened.
