@everythingemaan: 📍 cedric grolet @ the berkeley we got the vanilla flower (their best seller) to share this is the description: “Crispy sweet dough, crunchy almond praline, vanilla milk jam, vanilla almond biscuit, vanilla ganache.” It was £50 and serves 4, but it was just not that good in my opinion, flavour and texture wise 😅 the atmosphere of the place was nice - I would go again, just not for dessert 🫣 Note: It contains fish gelatine to stabilise the ganache. #pastrylove #cedricgrolet #theberkley #londondessert #foodreview
