![Tear up Taco Tuesdays at Vivid. 📍𝗧𝗼𝗸𝘆𝗼 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗼 (𝗩𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱) 🌮🚦 Tokyo Taco has opened up a food truck at Tumbalong Park for this year’s Vivid festival and they’re serving up some creative Japanese Tacos. On the table: Smokey Soy Chicken Taco Miso Baked Salmon Taco Slow Cooked Beef Taco Fries Sweet Potato Fries Sakura White Hot Chocolate Not to mention they’ve got some killers fries and some mean drinks to go with your meal. We went with all 3 taco varieties with the beef, chicken and salmon. The chicken was my personal favourite with the spices, sauce and jalapeno coming together nicely. The salmon was a close second. The beef also very solid if you love pulled beef. For the drinks, we warmed ourselves up with their Sakura White Chocolate drink. Super sweet and perfect in this cold weather.
