It should just be that you can film in public when people happen to be in the shot, but not specifically film with them in focus of the video. There's been rules like that for commercial photography in Sweden. And also: not secretly! That should never be allowed.

By making it law that you get at least 50% of any revenue that someone makes from something that you appear in - or by default everyone has an automatic appearance fee so if someone uses your image for anything they have to pay your appearance fee..

I don't think the law could be changed but it could be adjusted so the person with the glasses has to declare that they are recording. a new law can be introduced to make it illegal to share or to upload recording video of other people without their consent

i know, being legal doesn't mean its morally right. On a simple basis...just luve your life in the moment , you dont have to film or photograph everything. memory and concentration scans are going to be basically nothing in a few years. Not to mention the fact randomly filming strangers is quite creepy

I'm blind and I have those "geeky glasses" I use them too help me when I'm out and about I also have a go pro filming at all times while out so I know if anything happens to me it's caught on video
