This was perfectly said! But the issue with avoidants is that even if you share such a video that explains everything so well, they will not understand how their actions affect other people unless they are actively starting to work on themselves and their patterns.

Holy crap. Saying that avoidants are making the anxious live through the avoidant fears in real time was so perfectly stated. Just lost someone I think for similar reasons. I was losing myself trying to make sure she didn’t lose herself.
