Most reversion strategies fire on any sweep through a level and hope for the best. Q-Liquidity checks first. Every trade gets run through the QuantVue Direction Classifier before it’s allowed through — longs only on long-bias days, shorts only on short-bias days. Counter-bias sweeps get ignored on purpose. Default config: NQ, 5-minute candles, NY session (9:35–4:55 ET), one position at a time, flat before the close. TP sits at 2.0x volatility, SL at 1.5x, with a 60-candle time limit and a 5-candle cooldown between setups. Some days it takes zero trades. Most exits aren’t even the take-profit — they’re the time limit doing its job. That’s not a flaw, that’s the strategy refusing to sit in a stalled trade. For the more advanced traders: stacking and martingale sizing exist, but both ship off by default. Leave them off until you’ve watched the standard config run for a while. Questions?
