I had to stop breastfeeding when I had my daughter because of my work schedule. I work full time as a pre school teacher and didn’t know if I would be able to pump at work for my MIL to feed my baby when she watches her while I work. I want so badly to try again and keep at it with my next. Do you think if I take lactation gummies that it’ll help me produce enough for bottles when I’m working?

This isn’t normal and is called being a over supplier. People need to stop normalizing this and making new moms feel like they’re failing for not producing that much. Gummies and lactation support stuff doesn’t help everyone.
