Upon entering, you're greeted with a sprawling counter overlooking the kitchen. Here, every seat is the best seat in the house as you watch the team work their way through charcoal-grilling fish, dramatically steaming dishes, and assembling colourful seasonal vegetable plates with care. The menu unfolds across eight courses, ranging from beautifully delicate dashi through to deeply flavourful clay pot rice and, of course, the delicately crispy ham katsu cutlet they've become known for.
