Maximum comfort✨ 📍Tag your buldak bestie & save this recipe for your next lazy-day treat 💗 ✨ Hailey’s One Pan Tomato Buldak Pasta 📝 Ingredients * 3 Tbsp olive oil * 6 oz pasta * ½ onion, sliced * 3 strips bacon * 7 oz cherry tomatoes, halved * 4 baby white mushrooms, sliced * 1 green onion, cut into 2-inch pieces * 1½ cups heavy cream * 1 cup water (plus more if needed) * 1–2 Tbsp Buldak sauce (adjust to your spice preference) * 1 Tbsp tomato paste * ½ Tbsp curry powder * ½ Tbsp sugar * 1 tsp garlic powder * ½ cup shredded mozzarella * Salt & black pepper, to taste * Chili flakes (optional) ⸻ 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1. Build the base Drizzle the olive oil into a large pan. Place the pasta in the center, then arrange the bacon, tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, and green onion around it. 2. Season Add the Buldak sauce, tomato paste, curry powder, garlic powder, sugar, salt, and black pepper. 3. Cook Pour in the heavy cream and water. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, uncover and stir occasionally so the pasta cooks evenly and doesn’t stick. 4. Finish Cook for 8–12 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the top and let it melt. 5. Serve Mix everything together until the cheese is silky and the sauce coats every noodle.
