@itsnormalfood: How to make homemade seasoning blends from your garden: 1. Wash and dry your herbs. Make there to remove any excess moisture from the herbs with paper towels, and let air dry if needed. 2. Preheat oven at the lowest temp it’ll go to (mine goes down to 170 degrees F). Spread the dry herbs onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. 3. Bake for 3-4 hours (or until the herbs are completely dry and can crumble easily). 4.
