Have to say it's a dated property with great potential; it would certainly need a substantial budget to bring it back to modern living. For me, the only red flag is that it's in Luton. My friend lives on Bedford Road, and many nights it's hard to sleep to the sound of rented supercars; this seems to be all year round on the road 24/7. Racing through the night, revving engines The road is constantly in use by these supercars. My friend is retiring next year and is looking to move to Spain 🇪🇸. You will probably see his house on this platform. Can only say my friend's house is spacious, with 5 bedrooms and stunning 🏠
