The guys at the end saying "and there it is", be for real, of course they profile, it is his job. I am mexican, and my profile picture is from when I worked as a mariachi, drove around the streets past midnight, on weekends and of course I got pulled over, and of course they profiled the crappy vehicle in the good neighborhoods or around a neighborhood with lots of parties and trouble, of course I look suspicious. Did I ever say: "this is racist" maybe, do I as a critical thinking human being thought of doing reckless such as running, hitting it, etc... hell no. Because I tried being emphatetic with the officers job, yes we all want to go home. And judging a book by its cover usually gets accurate enough results. I am mexican of course I like spicy food and frijoles, that is identified traits by race and culture. So no, it is not because you are black, is because of the image that the culture and race with your characteristics have portrayed so much it has become a characteristic of the culture and race.
