It is only .7 lbs lighter than the original. It’s not worth the cost to be almost the same weight. As a curlie girl I travel with my regular Dyson dryer in my carryon ALL the time!

Compare it to the regular dryer. Not the airwrap. That’s not meant to dry your hair completely like a hair dryer.
