Since Oikawa is not lucky to be as talented as everyone, it is kind of frustrating to worked hard twice as much to surpass those who were gifted. So it’s given to his situation to be a little bitter.

That feeling of chasing perfection albeit not being talented, genius just pure effort, practice and consistency but still overshadowed by a genius. Then here comes also the pressure of being the best not just because you wanted to but because of expectation. 1 simple mistake would definitely break the castle you build and thankfully Oikawa has Iwaizumi as a friend and support
