When our son was 20 I asked him where he wanted to be in 15 years. Classic answer was I don’t know. He’s 35 now and I asked him where do you want to be in 15 years when you are 50. That number kinda hit hard. Then I said that in 15 years your dad will be 80. That has him doing some hard thinking now. Farm life can have your life slipping away fast especially when it’s harvest to harvest time.
