@traininpink: Inner thighs that rub when you walk? Sculpt and drain them ☝🏻 I know what you're thinking: "It's fat, you cannot target it with exercises". And you are right. But sometimes it's not just tat. Most probably it's a combination of fat and trapped fluid. And moving the area can actually help, a lot. Start by opening your Big Six (the six main lymphatic stations in the body). Gently tap above your collarbones, below your ears, under your armpits, along both sides of the groin and behind the knees. Then try these exercises: -mobilize your hips and open your groin lymph nodes: stand still, bend one leg at a 90-degree angle, move the leg behind you then open it to the side, then bring it back. Switch directions -open the leg out to the side then bring it back. Bonus: you're also working your upper glute! -step your feet wide and parallel (your toes are not pointing out). Sink back and down into your hips, as you keep the opposite leg long. Press the floor away with the foot of the bent leg and push yourself off the floor, find balance -hold one leg in front of you and rotate the knee inward and outward (you're moving the femur inside the hip socket) -open the leg out to the side and draw circles with your foot -come to a Pilates stance (heels together and toes apart) and lift your heels; bend and extend your legs -as a last exercise, lift and lower your heels to push everything up Repeat the whole sequence twice and switch legs. ✨If you want to feel lighter and less puffy this summer, these are exactly the kinds of flows we do together in my Summer Reset Challenge.
