the straight line of black was from leaving half of your hair out of the bag which is why it didn't process with the top half

This color remover is amazing. I had years of black box dye and I used this color remover twice on my bangs and got it to a light brown red, then I bleached it and it became like a golden yellow, toned it, and two weeks later I bleached and toned again for a light blonde. Eventually I got my bangs to legit white. Very stinky tho. I swear the smell would last in the bathroom for a couple days.

on the directions to color oops the last time i used it it literally said: “yes girl, 30 minutes” in the step where its talking about rinsing it out. it’s the only way it actually works. i had tried many times to get the black out of my hair and it never worked until i fully read the directions, then it worked like a charm🙃 i always do a hot oil treatment afterwards to help convince my hair to not fall out😂
