I have CPTSD and I just finished my crisis unit rotation and I loved it. My nervous system treats emails like they’re an emergency so getting to actually help in an emergency feels well matched to my nervous system if that makes sense.

I would add preschool teachers as well. The noise level, the way you’re responsible for keeping them all safe, and the way you have to co-regulate and lend your nervous system to others all day
